ABOUT / SERVICES / BIO

My mission is to accompany others in walking with Christ, and share those natural health-filled ways of living in order for you to flourish more fully in the midst of life's stresses, so as to be graced by the Holy Spirit, with the strength of peace that passes all understanding in co-creating with our Father our Creator with hopeful joy.

May my years of experience in practice help you, from my serving thousands of patients within a foundation of ongoing studies in health care, preventative care, wellness, internal medicine, neuroscience;  the history of spirituality and religions, theology, counseling, bioethics, virtues; and research studies on these relationships to health and spirituality.  I hope you will find here refreshing new ways or as reminders of improving your health in body and soul.

Blessings to you and all you love.
